Salon Etiquette


BE ON TIME OR BE EALIER

  • call 30mins before to say your going to be late (  no more than 10 minutes late.)    ,
  •  "Once we're 10 minutes past your appointment time, there is no guarantee you'll be accommodated.
  • PLEASE phone the salon and let them know "it's appreciated nonetheless."
  • DO NOT  text message or DO NOT  Email   the salon to cancel any last minute appointmnet
  • For your convenience we suggest you arrange your appointments in advance.
  • We appreciate at least 24 hours notice when canceling appointment times.
  •  Not only does not showing up take money out of your stylist’s pocket and prevent them from being able to fill your spot with someone else who may be trying to get in, but it also says to them that you don’t respect them or their time, and no one likes to feel like that.
  • if you need to add more services in your appointmnet time please call in advance  to see if we can fit you in or rescudule another time to fit it all in.
  • thursday night & weekends  appointmnets go really fast there is usually a 4 week wait for that time slot so book ahead
  • if you need to cancel a monday appointmnet please call no later than 3pm on saturday otherwise a full fee will be charged
  • if you need to reduce the amount of service that you are having on that day please let the salon know within 24hrs notice
 
  • {for example} you could be booked in for a cut colour  treatment  which we might allow between 2hrs -5hrs all depends ) you change your mind or u dont have the time then you want just a haircut which is 45mins time , you need to let the salon know aleast 24hrs notice others wise same thing there will be a full fee charged 
 
  • {another example} you could be booked in for a full leg wax {1hr}  and you only say 1/2 leg {30mins} be considerate of others that are trying to get an appointmnet


  • ONCE WE RUN LATE EVERYONE ELSE RUNS LATE

FULL FEE will be charged

if your appointment is Broken or Cancelled

without 24 hours notice. 


Your thoughtfulness will be appreciated

by clients waiting for an appointment.

 
 

We suggest that you make your next

appointment while you are still in the salon

so  you dont miss out. 

 

  • Show up to your appointment. If you know that you need to reschedule, make sure to call the salon at least 24 hours in advance so that your stylist has a chance to fill your spot. It’s understandable that things come up at the last minute sometimes 

 

Payment for services rendered is due at the completion of your appointment.

We accecpt Visa, MasterCard, Eftpos and cash.

We will take a $50 deposit  per service

{Example of Deposit :$50 for hair - $50 for Make up}

so we can secure your booking

Please Note: If you need to Cancel for outside normal business hours

You must give us 4 full  working days  to cancel for an

Early morning, late nights ,Public Holidays,

Melbourne Cup Season or Sunday

 Otherwise a Full Fee of your services will be charged

SALON POLICY.....

EXTRA CHARGERS you can pay on the day : if you purchase fasinators,hair extensions jewellery, hair pieces, hair accessories, hair donunts, lipstick / lipgloss extra between $24.95-$39.95 or eyelashes between $19-$39.95 ect...


We do Accept Eftpos, credit card or Cash  on the day for any extras


To Secure bookings 

Must Pay FULL AMOUNT for Hair / Makeup  Service .....

by  11th September 


 WE DO NOT REFUND, ONCE YOU HAVE CONFIRMED AND PAYED FOR YOUR  BOOKINGS, 

we then will send you a BSB account  number so you can deposit into our account

Salon Policy: for "CUP SEASON" from 1st october - 14th november

Please give us  3 weeks  Notice if cancelling an appointment during melbourne cup season     

 as there is others that want to get in and are on our waiting list


we will take a valid credit card number to secure appointmnets for this time of the year


A Full FEE will be charged if appointmnet is broken or cancelled without 2 week notice

The Salon is open all day from

Monday to Wednesday and Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Thursday: 8.30am - 9.00pm
Saturday: 8.00am - 3.00pm.

Sundays: We will open for you for your special occasion, wedding, formal, debutant, by appointment only.

Weekends and pre-holidays are always busiest, so please plan ahead.
